Yeah The Girls 40+ Community Presents
A powerful evening recognising real women, real courage, and real transformation. This is not a traditional awards night. This is a celebration of who you are becoming.
About the Awards
The Celebrate Women Award is part of the Yeah The Girls 40 Plus community — a growing community of over 35,000 women.
This is not a traditional awards night. This is a celebration of real women — the ones who rebuilt, restarted, and kept going when life asked more of them.
It is about recognising courage, growth, and the stories that often go unseen. Because every woman deserves to be acknowledged for who she is becoming — not just what she has achieved.

More Than an Awards Night
The Celebrate Women Award sits within the broader Celebrate Women Movement — a national, values-led initiative that exists to elevate, connect, and celebrate women through community, visibility, and shared stories.
The movement creates spaces where women are seen, supported, and valued at every stage of life. The Awards night is one of the ways this movement comes to life — bringing together women from all walks of life in a warm, empowering environment where real recognition happens.
The Experience

Step onto the red carpet and feel the energy from the moment you arrive.

An opening performance that sets the tone for an unforgettable evening.

Three themed award sessions celebrating courage, inspiration, and legacy.

A room filled with women who lift each other up. Real connection, real energy.

Every finalist is celebrated with a grand entrance — because she deserves to be seen.

From start to finish, the night is designed to celebrate, inspire, and uplift.
Award Categories
Each award recognises a different expression of courage, growth, and impact. Every category has been thoughtfully designed to honour the full spectrum of women's journeys.
Celebrating women who have rebuilt, risen, and stepped back into their power.
For the woman who has rebuilt her self-belief after a season of doubt, loss, or change. She is proof that confidence is not something you are born with — it is something you choose, again and again.
For the woman who has used her online presence to grow, connect, and inspire. She has stepped out from behind the screen and shown up with courage and authenticity.
For the woman who took the jump — whether into a new career, a new chapter, or a new version of herself. She did not wait until she was ready. She just began.
For the woman who is quietly breaking new ground in her world. She may not make headlines, but she is changing the game for those around her.
For the woman who has shown courage in both her business and personal life. She has faced challenges head-on and kept going, even when it was hard.
Honouring women who uplift others through their voice, work, and presence.
For the woman who speaks from the heart. She does not try to be perfect — she tries to be honest. And that honesty has made a real difference to the women around her.
For the woman who guides others with wisdom, patience, and genuine care. She lifts others up not for recognition, but because it is who she is.
For the woman who creates with her hands and her heart — whether through art, food, craft, or design. Her work brings beauty and meaning into the lives of others.
For the woman who supports others' wellbeing — physically, mentally, or emotionally. She leads with empathy and creates safe spaces for healing and growth.
Recognising women creating impact, connection, and lasting influence.
For the woman who brings people together. She sees the value in connection and creates spaces where women feel welcome, supported, and seen.
For the mum who balances it all — family, work, community — and still finds a way to show up for others. She is the backbone of her world.
For the woman who may never call herself extraordinary, but whose impact on the people around her is undeniable. She is the quiet force behind so many.
For the emerging leader who is just beginning to find her voice. She may be early in her journey, but her potential is already making waves.
This award is chosen by the community. It recognises the woman whose story has resonated most — the one who has inspired, connected, and made people feel seen. This is where the community says: "She made an impact on me."
Public voting opens after finalists are announced and closes 20 August 2026.
